There are many opportunities to enjoy the shooting range while stationed in Germany. In partnership with USAG Wiesbaden Outdoor Recreation, the HFSS hosts monthly range days where members and non-members are welcome to shoot handguns and long guns. Gun rentals and ammunition are available to use on site for a fee. Those interested in sport shooting and owning firearms in Germany must complete the U.S. Forces Sport Shooting Basic Knowledge course. In the course you will learn about the laws and requirements needed to own firearms for sport shooting purposes in Germany, as well as hone your marksmanship. We are always looking for members and teams to attend local competitions both on our U.S. range and at our local German shooting clubs.
